Consulting - Our team can offer performance monitoring and root cause analysis to establish where the bottlenecks occur in your application(s). Firstly, we Define the issue, utilising user feedback on the application. We then move to Measure the ailing processes by capturing the problematic transactions in question. The next two stages involve Analysing the data to establish the tier(s) within the infrastructure that are contributing to the problem, thus enabling the business to Implement the necessary improvements. The final stage is to put monitoring in place as a Control mechanism, to reduce the resource expenditure in future troubleshooting exercises. Using this methodology also serves to continually improve application performance and provide value back to the business in terms of SLAs, Return on Investment (ROI) and Service.
Software Training - We deliver training on a wide range of application software and tools.These include:
Compuware Vantage Suite, VMWare Basics (from secure standalone browsers to networked server VM's), Linux basics (centred on Ubuntu), Google Apps, and Migration Awareness Presentation and Training
We also run Microsoft product training on: Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Sharepoint
All software training can be delivered on a 1:2:1, small workshop, or classroom of up to 10 delegates – whatever is your preferred requirement.
If your company uses bespoke software, our staff can come in, learn your product, write up the relevant documentation and train all your staff on how to use it properly
Floor Walking - Once your training has been completed, you may require a helping hand for the first few days. We can provide one or more of our team to floor walk your office and give any hands on help that may be required when first using a new system/product.
Fees -
Our charges can be either on an hourly, ½ day or daily rate, whichever is more economically viable to you and suits your budget.
